We like to give our campers the oppurtunity to choose their own pitch. Our site is on 6 acres of Farm land which is split across 5 fields.

We are located in a little village called Little Hucklow which is in the middle of the Peak District  so is perfect for great walks, top locations and theres a pub a 5 minute walk away from the site.

Please note we are a Back To Basics Campsite.

Toilet Block

We have a brand new toilet block, With flushable toilets and hand washing sinks.

Washing up Area

We have 2 pot washing sinks, with a supply of washing up liquid and sponges.

Rubbish Bins

You can dispose of all your rubbish here! Just please make sure you use the correct bins provided.

Water

All water on site is drinkable water.

Picnic Tables

We have provided picnic tables you are more than welcome to move these to your pitch. Just please return them back.

Camp Fires

We allow off the ground fires, these should be attended to at all times. We also have firepits to hire

Please note there are no showers or hot water.

Nestled in the heart of the great outdoors, South View Farm Texel Bell Tent offers a unique and cozy camping experience like no other. Our 5m bell tent comfortably sleeps 2 guests. For a small extra charge 2 single camp beds can be added to sleep extra guests. (You would just need to bring your bedding) Minimum stay of 2 nights. Shared campsite facilities: just a short walk away, enjoy clean and well-maintained facilities. Well-behaved dogs welcome. ( additional charges apply)

Terms & Conditions

  • Bookings must not consist of more than 2 different households.
  • Group bookings of 2 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).
  • No hen/stag parties permitted.
  • The site caters to families (immediate members) and couples only; bookings from all other groups are not accepted.

At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.

  • Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
  • No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
  • Please pick any available pitch on arrival.
  • The site will send you further check-in information 1 day(s) before your arrival.

  • Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..
  • Radio, music, and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
  • The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
  • This site has no on-site shower facilities.
  • No climbing on the dry stone walls or stones to be removed.
  • No Drones.

  • Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
  • Firearms are not permitted.
  • Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
  • Open fires are prohibited.
  • Please do not touch or feed the animals.
